What do you like about working at Valspar?

It's a lot of different challenges, and how you change going forward. It really is something that makes every day kind of exciting because you have new and different challenges, new and different teams, and different problems all the time.

Tell us a little more about your experience at Valspar.

Black Belt really is someone who is using Lean Six Sigma and the lean is making things simpler, taking some of the problems out of the situation. The six sigma is reducing variation in our product or getting rid of defects. So it could be the elimination of waste, a lot of different aspects.
